Most new, unused, and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (for example you received the wrong item or the item is defective), we will pay the return shipping costs.

Shipping

We can ship to most addresses worldwide. Some items are restricted and cannot be shipped internationally — we’ll note any such restrictions on the product page.

When you place an order we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping option you select. Depending on which carrier and service you choose, estimated ship/delivery dates may appear during checkout or on the shipping quotes page.

Weight & rates: Many shipping rates are weight-based. Each item's listed weight is rounded up to the next full pound to reflect carrier billing practices; shipping costs shown at checkout reflect that rounding.
